The well-related Fastnet Rock mare has met her $2,000 reserve and represents great value buying at her current price with plenty of residual as a broodmare when she’s finished racing. An A$110,000 yearling Platinum Monarch is only offered for sale as she hasn’t raced up to her owner’s high expectations.
Entered to race in Race 6, the Maiden Purple Haze Lavendar 2100m, Platinum Monarch has drawn wide with barrier 12 and Robbie Hannam booked to ride the Lisa Latta-trained four-year-old.
