A nomination to precocious, stakes winning son of Choisir, Choistar, is offered for sale on gavelhouse.com with bidding set to close from 7pm AEDT on Monday 6 November.
Very much built in the mould of his sire, Choistar is a strapping, strongly built chestnut who during his racing career defeated Group One winners Captain Sonador and Shoot Out.
As a two-year-old he won the Listed AJC Fernhill Stakes by five lengths with Champion jockey Hugh Bowman happy to sing his praises “Choistar was a really nice, strong and large colt.”
“He was an excellent moving horse who had a fantastic turn of foot, a wonderful natured horse who gave his all in his performances.”

With his oldest progeny four and having served small books Choistar has been represented by 20 runners to date of which nine have won including Stellar Knight and Tacamaa Blue who have both won three apiece.
