Today’s the last day to get entries in for the next gavelhouse.com New Zealand online auction with listings due online at 7pm (NZ time) tonight.
The last fortnightly auction saw all horses bar one sell in the unraced horses, racehorses and broodmare sections, while the sale-topper was a Road to Rock ready to run colt who fetched $50,000 to a Singapore-based buyer.
Since it’s re-launch as an online auction-based site in April this year, gavelhouse.com New Zealand auctions have sold in total 228 horses for total receipts of over $1.7 million. The site has proven a valuable addition to the New Zealand racing landscape not only increasing trading opportunities but also via its extensive sponsorship portfolio headlined by the Gr.1 $300,000 gavelhouse.com 1000 Guineas last month. The catalogue for this auction will be launched and bidding will open tomorrow night at 7pm and will close from 7pm on Monday 12 December. Contact Haylie Martin to discuss selling your bloodstock or assistance getting your listing up on 0226378127 or haylie@gavelhouse.com
